Este Tribunal Resuelve:
1- SP. ROCA vs. DEP. ALDAO (1° División): Correr traslado al Club Sp. Roca para que en el plazo de 5 días informe que función desempeña en el Club el Sr. mencionado en el informe.-
2- Incumplimiento presentación planillas: Visto la nota presentada por LRF, y los descargos presentados. Resuelva: a- Sancionar al árbitro Sergio Romero con 7 días de suspensión (Art. 270). b- Sancionar al árbitro Marcos Bauer con 15 días de suspensión (Art. 270-48).-
3- BOCHOFILO BOCHAZO vs. LA HIDRAULICA (6° División): Visto los informes arbitrales y los descargos presentados. Resuelve: a- Sancionar al Sr. Facundo Rodriguez (La Hidráulica) con la pena de 4 partidos (Art, 185-220).-
4- SP. NORTE vs. F.C. ESTADO (9° División): Visto el informe arbitral, donde se describe el incorrecto accionar del jugador Juan Bustos. Considerando que ni el jugador, ni el club Sp. Norte presentaron descargo alguno en el plazo establecido para el ejercicio del debido derecho de defensa a pesar de la gravedad del hecho constatado. Resuelve: Sancionar con la pena de 10 partidos al jugador Juan Bustos (Sp. Norte) (Art. 184).-
5- BEN HUR vs. F.C. ESTADO (1° División): Visto y considerando. El informe arbitral y el descargo presentado por el Presidente de Ferrocarril del Estado. Resuelve: a- Sancionar con un (1) mes de suspensión al Sr. Flavio Barolo por incurrir su accionar en el tipo previsto por el Art. 248 del RTP. Asimismo la pena impuesta tendrá los alcances previstos por el Art. 253 en cuanto a los efectos de la suspensión. b- Por otra parte se resuelve instar a Ferrocarril del Estado a reintegrar al Club Ben Hur, el balón sustraído por la parcialidad visitante.-
6- Nota Atl. Rafaela tema fútbol infantil: pendiente de resolución.-
7- LA HIDRAULICA vs. BOCHOFILO BOCHAZO (1° División): pendiente de resolución.-
